She got too much mud/dirt on her clothes and in her shoes from the last round for her liking, so she's letting that dry for a while after washing.
She'll have a new outfit for as many rounds as she's in for, I guess. She's a wizard at folding clothes and packing and just so happened to be on her way out on a long journey when she got knocked out and picked up.
Spoiler: the other outfits will be these [link] ...ish, since I will probably never get around to making other refs besides copypasta palooza like this ref.

If the clothes/whatever are confusing to you, I can explain what each part does and how it's made since that usually helps clear up confusion for me when I'm in that boat. : D

Its kinda good to change up the outfit. Especially since Sahar, Lorelei, and Valmai all had the same color scheme.

I'm starting to write yet another formal essay on color theory that nobody has the time to read. This is an addiction needs to stop.

Sahar was wearing the Navy/Gold/White combination earlier so she wouldn't stick out too much in public because it's so common to find people wearing it, your eyes kind of stop looking for things in it after a while. It also was a call-back to Isra's outfit, implying how similar the two look.

Actually, Sol and I like to poke fun at Valmai and Cedric since both the construction and the scheme of their uniforms are so similar.
